These Terms & Conditions outline all policies set forth by Fedora Elite Mobile Cigar Experience, LLC. By booking or reserving services, you agree to the following guidelines designed to protect the safety, enjoyment, and professionalism of every event.
All guests must be 21+ years old.
Fedora Elite does not sell or distribute tobacco products.
Guests acknowledge cigar smoking involves health risks and participate at their own discretion.
Only cigars may be smoked inside the mobile lounge.
No e-cigarettes, CBD, hemp, marijuana, or illegal substances permitted.
Traditional cigarettes allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Fedora Elite does not sell alcohol. Clients may bring their own alcohol for private events.
Staff may check IDs if underage drinking is suspected.
Illegal activity or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and may end the event without refund.
Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
Guests must obey all applicable laws.
Disorderly conduct or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the premises.

Billing begins at pick-up time and ends at final drop-off time.
Overtime charges apply.
Travel beyond 35 miles may incur a fuel surcharge.
Long-distance events may require lodging accommodations.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any reservation.
Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
A valid card must remain on file.
Overtime billed at $150 per hour.
Quotes do not guarantee booking without payment.
Cancel 14+ days before event → You owe no remaining balance.
Cancel within 72 hours → You will be charged 100% of the total rental + gratuity.
By providing a card, you authorize Fedora Elite to charge applicable fees.
Events will proceed unless extreme weather creates unsafe conditions (e.g., flooding, tornado warnings, high winds).
Events may be rescheduled.
Refunds only issued if rescheduling is declined.
Client must provide at least 50 feet of level ground for parking.
Unsafe surfaces may be refused.
Parking delays will not extend event time.
Guests must handle cigars, lighters, and equipment responsibly.
Negligent or intentional damage will be charged to the client’s card.
Minimum $200 cleaning fee applies for bodily fluids or excessive mess.
Pre- and post-event inspections will be conducted.
Fedora Elite is not responsible for injuries or damages occurring at client properties or venues.
Guests participate at their own risk.
Fedora Elite is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Mechanical issues, weather delays, or unforeseen interruptions may require rescheduling.
